I did the 3sp to a t-5 and they have a kit for it so I'm not sure on the c4.

I just wanted to know where in Kentucky are you?

First off, you will need the clutch / brake pedal assembly.
It would be pretty easy to find a T-5 tranny out of any Fox Body 5.0 Mustang.
Then, you will need the proper flywheel, clutch & pressure plate, clutch cable, and tranny crossmember.

You can find the clutch cable and the tranny crossmember on the Ron Morris Performance website.

As for the pedals- are you going to use power brakes? If so then are you going to use an aftermaket booster or the real bendix or midland unit. These things are important for the swap. For example: if you use an aftermarket booster it wil not fit the JMC Hydralic kit and will have trouble with the modern driveline unit as well.

You can allways purchase the new brake pedal from John's Mustang and a clutch pedal used to do the swap. Some support brackets have the holes for the power brake pedal and some do not so check under the dash to see if your bracket has the hole or not.

If you can afford it Buy a new T5 from Jegs. It is a lot stronger and you know you are getting a real V8 T5.
