I saw this thread on cutting a prong off the relay but it wasn't really clear. Will this permanetly keep the fog lights on or will it work with parking light then? Otherwise I will be doing the Corralnet fix. Is this good for all years I have a 95 Mustang GT Convertible.

i myself went w/ the MustangWorld How-to (in which you take power from the convertible top harness) and am very pleased w/ the results. i've ran them this way for close to a year now and haven't had any trouble whatsoever.

I also did the vert top method. With this method, the fogs can only be on when the key is on. You could do the same method but use the parking light circuit as the switch source (fogs would only come on with parking or headlights).

Good luck.

Could someone give me the link or specific instructions to wire into the parking lights. I want the for lights attached and controlled by parking lights I don't want them on whenever the car is running.

The simplest way to explain would be to access the headlight switch and tap in there. It's a brown wire for the parking lights IIRC. Run this new wire (18 AWG is fine) to the fog light switch and insert this wire where the old power wire used to be on the foglight switch connector.

Good luck.

lol tapping off the vert switch dosent make them stay on all the time.... it is just like your lights are now but you can turn the fogs on whenever you like.... its the method i used and i couldn't be happier

What color is the power wire leading to the fog light switch and vert switch?
