I got some new goodies for my car but i want to do my suspension up a bit so i can get more ponies to the ground. I have an eibach pro-kit spring set my gf got me, so far that is what i really only have to build on. i know i want a decent road race/street setup, and the car will be seeing the drag strip once in a while, what should i go for in terms of control arms shocks structs etc. or at least some suggestions, thanks

How much power are you running, and how much do you plan on running? What is your budget?

Subframe connectors are a must, best suspension upgrade you can do. Maximum Motorsport makes some good rear control arms, so does Steeda. I personally went with Steeda, I have seen their stuff take quite a beating and hold up strong. But if you don't already have them, subframe connectors are a must.

You have many options, with "through floor" being the absolute best. But I think weld on, full length connectors are just fine. I know a few cars in the 10s that run Steeda full length, weld on connectors and they are holding up fine.

summer im rebuilding my top end with a trick flow track heat, with other up grades i should be putting maybe 300rwhp. this is my dd also but i wanna have a good amount of the power able to reach the wheels

What kind of budget are you looking at? If you are like me, and you want performance without breaking the bank...consider these:

http://www.steeda.com/products/full_length_subframe_connectors.php $149 (just paint them with undercoating after install.

http://www.steeda.com/products/steel_upper_lower_control_arm_combos.php
$299

Those two (three) things right there will get you on your way. Depending on how far you want to go, investing in some adjustable drag shocks, and springs will help a lot. Me personally, I was on a tight budget so I went with those control arms, those subframe connectors, 1" lowering springs and "sport" shocks, direct replacement. Up front I went with the same lowering springs and just new suspension parts with urethane bushings. My car feels a LOT better than it did with the stock stuff, and I can launch the crap out of my car on slicks at 5500. I have no traction issues.

But that is just my opinion, don't take it as fact. You should wait on some more opinions before choosing.

I did the full street setup with the exception of shocks and it's just that I haven't gotten to them yet. By full street I mean SFCs, adjustable uppers, Steeda lowers and torque box kits. My car is wicked tight now. I went for a ride in a stock Fox Mustang about a week ago and it doesn't even come close. His car felt like a Cadillac compared to mine. The down side is now that there is very little give my Cooper Cobras break loose pretty readily. It will spin the Cobras in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear and get a very healthy chirp going into 4th. It's very good for impressing passengers but DRs will be required for any kind of serious run.
