I was idling at a light. I heard a "Dink" from up front it started to idle a little rough and shook like hell over 1500 rpm. By the time u got home it was blowing a ton of smoke
My only hope is that it didn't mess up the lifter or can. After seeing the other post with strikingly similar pics I'd say if you or anyone else has proforma make it a top priority to help the environment and recycle some low grade aluminum

Ahh yes, the proform rocker snapping. It's similar in nature to the fox body ashtray door.

I've had good luck with Harland myself

I believe the TFS rockers are made by Scorpion. Nice rockers, no issues other than they're a bit noisy for the first couple thousand miles.

i ordered my 1.6's from goodies they had the best price and they were in stock

1.7 w 7/16 stud #19049-16 drop the 6 for just one
1.7 w/ 3/8 stud #19048-16 drop the 6 for just one

I got lucky the lifter shot the push rod up so hard it wedged itself very high between the cobver rail and the broken arm and stayed away from the moving parts. The lifter also shot up but just hard enough to jam itself on the wishbone but not dislodge it so the sister lifter stayed clocked correctly and i didn't loose oil press and wipe the whole engine. I'll change the lifter out just for good measure though.

I have to say the COMP CAMS C/M pushrod held up GREAT, snapped the rocker got jammed as i said ealier but it's still straight as an arrow.
