For Mustang owners with KB and Automatic transmissions...

This is about their chip - How did the part throttle shift points feel if you used the KB chip with a non-stock gear ratio? I don't have a KB yet and I'm using an old Superchip micro tuner for my 4.10 gears. Even set at the highest shift setting (user manual claims that the shift point adjustments are for part throttle shift points when using non-stock gears and stated that raising the PT shifts would alter WOT shift points...of course) and even using the highest line pressure setting, but the shifts are probably softer than "stock" and it shifts into 2nd gear at about 5 MPH when driving "normal"/slow. I had a Hypertech tuner, but I quit using it when I couldn't find 93 octane any more. Shifts were much firmer and shifted at nearly the stock shift points. Thanks.

....So nobody has ever used a KB chip with an automatic transmission and a non-stock rear axle ratio. Okay, I'll just find out when I use the chip myself. I'll post the results. Thanks. :nice:
