After work tomorow, I'm going to pull-a-part to do a rear disk conversion. They have a 96 mustang V6 and a 93 Lincoln Mark vIII.

I was planning on getting the whole assembly, axle and all out of either vehicle, and the brake booster/MC assembly from the mustang.

My question is, what is the better/easiest choice? The Lincoln, or the Mustang?

Everything all together will be around 130$.

Good choice as he Mark 8 parts are useless to you.

For $75, it was a good purchase, but you won't be able to use the booster. 96-98 has a straight arm vacuum booster due to Ford revising the pedal brake arm bolt point slightly. So you won't be able to use it on your car.. safely. The only booster you can use are the 94-95 and 99-04 vacuum boosters.

The booster arm needs to be curved like this.
