Any 1 find any decent blackfriday sales for Foxbody or car stuff?

Didn't see many good sales this year but snagged some junk.

Speed master has damn good price cuts up to 60% off for the next cpl days but not many products I have used. Picked up a couple of there header stud extra Clarence kits half off, some basic gaskets, cheap $40 valve covers for the 79 and a few other odds and ends to hit free shipping at $150, all basic stuff I've used before and no moving parts so don't care about the branding, You can get a set of there heads for under $700 now if you wanted to .

Scorpion rockers 22% off. Jegs had the best price I could find for sbf at $316.

Berry perfromance has the speed enginering exhaust stuff on a good sale, coyote swap LT headers for upr k member where $360- good for a few more days. Sve charging 499 for same thing with there branding.

The skp boosters still cheaper elsewhere $82 plus shipping on RA plus there discount code.. SK5473155 same thing lmr's branding...

Cardones are reman units, skp is the new units.. Used both skp was way better shape than the reman I bought years ago, both worked fine.

Picked up a few sets of these just to have some tall valve covers on hand for under $40 a set once it hit free shipping.. Blue ones they claim are the wrong ford blue so there not listed as new on the site.. Hopefully that's the only issue, no hole polished ones are $38.xx... Think explaining its not a 347 is a bigger issue than a can of spray paint. Threw in a few breathers as well, There MLS head gaskets and one pc molded oil pan gaskets where really cheap so going to see how they fair vs 9333-pt1's and felpro stuff.

Blue streak is still sourced from Poland last I checked, dirt cheap on rock auto if its the E-coil style your talking about.

For an e coil, no that's 100 % marketing b.s comparing e coils vs old school canister style coils, same for there over priced China street fire line and tfi modules. The street fire stuff is no different than the parts store rich porter / wai global china sourced distributors that have been around for over a decade, billet ones ain't much better, they all brand China stuff now. If you want an upgrade over stock switch to a COP system.

But as far as E coils, there's no real upgrade, just quality of the coil winding, Blue streak coils have been made in Poland for years, if its Mexico now, must be recent, sucks as its the only E-coil I'd still trust to buy.

First, not endorsing Speedmaster just junk I was willing to test out. Rest of my order came in, this stuff was cheap and they have decent prices on BF so I was willing to try some out on my budget 79.

Valve covers, came in, they where cheap and good enough for a carb set up to me. everythings there for hardware and baffles, the blue is more on a lightish bady/ powder blue scale in sunlight, looks darker in these pics then it is. I'll check fitment when I have more time. Straight rip off of ansen valve covers that retail for $200 plus a set.



Gaskets: valve cover, 1pc oil pan and MLS head gaskets. Valve cover and oil pan, LOOK decent, pliable metal core, thick ish coating, time will tell if they seal. Valve cover set got bent in shipping... Head gaskets look good and bad at the same time, decent MLS materials, but bore cut/ stampings are out of round, not uncommon but there are better brands. They will work but better quality options for the money even on BF deals, Plus MLS gaskets are not really needed on a stock 8.2 block. I bought multiple of all the gaskets for less then the costs of a known brand mls set so just threw those in the cart.

There cheap extra clearance header stud kits. Can't really beat them for the price if they will work for what your using. Take these over bolts any day.

There comp knock off 8560 chromoly rockers.. this is one, only a few companies brand the knock off, and I have only found 1 source making them but not sure if thats who speedmaster is getting them threw. They have too many shell companies to track threw import data. Prices range from stupid, to screw it I'll try it for the imported clones. This was the screw it I'll try it price. They look decent, feel decent but heat treat and bearings will either live or they won't.

There 79-89 caster camber plates. Literally a copy of the J&m, pro3I, hotpart ones. Will see how well the bearings hold up.

kind of why I'm going full on budget with my 79, prices for sbf or mustang stuff has gotten really stupid and discounts are far and few from companies and most brands, whole supply chain is still a mess with padded profits at each layer so I can under stand why there not offering them, Add in many parts And tols now are straight from China and branded with logos at insane mark ups to. Valvetrain stuff is getting really shady with private equity at the manufacturing level, lots of corner cutting from the PE owners to cut costs and sourcing.

I'm even grabbing junk off temu which still has crazy promos, and good for the cheaper automotive tools that if you can due math on the fly, ignore all there gambling tactics, crappy offers and stupid gaming design of it. You can get some decent stuff for dirt cheap, if you know what your buying, you can even get money back..

At some point they will cut me off because the have to be losing money with pretty much everything I've bought, some ones paying the us shipping workers. They claim I've spent over 7k with them. I've spent less than $1k out of pocket since I started buying stuff off there last year, I doubt it even covered the shipping costs or tarrifs for all the stuff I've bought. They had decent body shop supplies for cheap, decent hook and loop or psa sand paper and that stuff isn't cheap anywhere, same for other consumables in work like that. I just use there promos and credit back offers to my advantage, even using there credit, to earn more credit and stuff free to me They just had a promo called credit777 where if you spent 200 in one order they let you claim 200 back threw PayPal, the catch is you claim it over 7 days, if you miss a claim your out the highest days worth, first days like claim $4 back last day is $70, totals $200 after claiming all 7 days. Really kind of read everything and understand there sales tactics to take advantage of it.

What they bank on since the app is a pita to use and you need to use key words to pull up these claims page every day. Its meant for impulse buying, and dopamine hits for all the ppl who where raised on loot box games as kids, like most of social media stuff is now, scammy ass sales tactics, fomo, hype etc just not everything has the over inflated prices you see these days.. I used that promo 4 times this month, and they payed me 800 back threw paypal, more than what I spent out of pocket, moneys all ready back in my bank account like I never spent it, even got like 40 back in credit to use later that stays on the app, from overlaping promo's. Most orders where around $220 each, I was using the money back for the last few rounds of it. The just gave me another one, but tried to be tricky this time and hid that it was a sliding scale from 10% capped at 40% back in the fine print, so that one is really spend $500 to get 200 back, they throw in crappy promos, flash graphics about count down timers, confusing wording and math all the time to try and confuse buyers so I'm sure there still making money of most of them. And damn if your into the cheap LS combo stuff you can pretty much build an entire combo using that app, just don't cheap out on the valvetrain parts lol, you can pretty much buy all the China sourced Holley LS parts off it. I've had promos where the ship crap from China by air for .01 in credit, there now limiting that with minimum order amounts


I made over $200 from them just on those 4 orders, got a crap load of stuff for free, ranging from automotive tools to stuff for my 79 and other projects. Got a vevor induction heating tool kit for rusty hardware, cpl auto tool kits like big axle sockets sets, cooling pressure testor kits, 12 ton vevor press, a power probe kit, an ozone tool, etc.. same tool stuff you see getting branded by summit, jegs, on Amazon, vevor, ebay even walmart and homedepot these days. All the marketplace type sites. Tool stuff pretty much covered my Christmas shopping this year for male family members. Even got a 14" full size memory foam mattress for a rv that's $250 on amazon, same brand and everything, a complete evil energy ptfe line kit for the fuel system for my 79, upholstery materials like rolls of cabron fiber wrap, rolls of headliner material, wiring supplies like the DT connector kits, bus bars & mega fuse holders for when I rewire it. 4pc led 4x6 lights, a billet 8.8 girdle. Whole bunch of junk I can use or have used in the past. Doing my duty, being a cheap ass with online purchases and making China lose $ sending me junk, at the same time not rewarding the compaines who outsourced & took those products to china to be cloned in the first place.
