Any difference in stock clutch between 96-98 & 99-00?

I'm going to be doing the PI headswap hopefully later this summer if I can get some time. I was curious how my clutch would hold up on my '98.

I'm happy with just an OEM clutch and was wondering when I need to replace it, would a 99-00 clutch be the same as a 96-98 clutch for a 4.6L for SOHC???

Is there a strength holding difference between 98's and 99's?

Im pretty sure they are very close if not the same. Depending on the mileage of your car and how you drive it, I'd throw a King Cobra or a spec 1 clutch in there. You have a 10.5" clutch btw

How many miles are on your clutch? I'm still running my stock clutch with all of my mods, and it's held up just fine.

It has 115k on the car and seems to be doing fine...

Does anyone know if a 98 and 99 clutch are the same holding power?
