I don't know about you guys in Texas.........California's max is 7.......I thought Texas was only 6?

there's a yellow stang one street over from me that has that same plate my boyfriend has a lightning and before i got my stang..we thought about getting another L and having "his" and "hers" put on the tags ....i'd rather have "hers" and "hers" on them both!

Lord of Horses

I just ordered my new plates this weekend. I decided upon SHADOFX, referring to Shadowfax, Gandalf's horse from Lord of the Rings. After reading this description, I think it's the perfect mustang vanity plate:

"That is Shadowfax. He is the chief of the Mearas, lords of horses, and not even Theoden, King of Rohan, has ever looked on a better. Does he not shine like silver, and run as smoothly as a swift stream? He has come for me: the horse of the White Rider. We are going to battle together."

What state you from?
I thought all states did? Mass does. But, even though the web site might say available, you can & should call the phone number they list. Reason, well 1st, some for my other ideas said available (MUSTNG) I knew this couldn't be available? When I called, they said NOPE. The guy who owns it, just hasn't renewed his plate yet. OK, what if he don't, then what? Well, since Most people won't turn in their vanity plates (they keep them for souvenirs) then the state must wait 1 full year. Same thing for another idea I had (PONY05) sorry, that plate was reported stolen. Again, the state will wait 1 full year, if the other plate never turns-up. Plus, if the registry thinks anything is either sex, drug related or vulger, you can get turned down. Of course, when I asked about SMOKED or OWNED, I was told, sorry but those won't get approved!
