Well got the trans figured out it working great now but headlights was out replaced Dimmer no go then replaced the headlight switch head lights work. I then notice that the blinker lights in the dash seem to be on solid. SO I got to looking around and see smoke coming from the top of the steering column. I unhooked the battery and took a break to cool down. Any ideas?? I replaced the turn signal and harness and it was wroking fine until now. Think I may have moved some wires a little to hard when trying to get to the headlight switch? Any ideas much appreciated
