I have a five bolt hipo 289 block verified by Bob Mannel. Std bore, cast in later 1963, and has been stored inside a garage since at least 1981. NO MAIN CAPS. Someone gave me ridiculous money for them. Will sell this block for less than $1000. This thing was cast nearly 50 years ago and has not been bored!
