Any one have one of these tonneau covers

I just wanted to know how many people had the soft tonneau cover that ford sells for like $110. It covers the top and the back seats. I saw a couple of cars this weekend at the fun ford weekend in Norwalk that had this type of tonneau cover. I think it looks pretty good but I wanted to know how easy does it go on? Is it better or worse than the factory boot which I hate. I know the hard fiberglass ones are better but I don't have $300+ to drop to get one $100 is more manageable if its worth it.

I've got one...it's pretty neat..
goes on real easy, takes maybe 5 minutes (you have to install snaps under the deck lid, but they use exsiting holes/screws)...the only probalem I have is keeping it from getting creases when I store it...right now it's carefully folded under my bed

Where did you get yours did you buy it from ford? I know its like $110 + tax is it worth it? I saw on one company was selling them I think its that ABC company they want like 200 bucks and it looks exactly like the ford one.
