I could put the stock pulley back on, but I really don't want to . It's just the pulley ring that's damaged, the hub is fine, so I don't want to pull the hub off just so I can drive the Cobra today. In the meantime I'll drive my 95.

W00t! W00t! I know everyone cares a whole bunch about this, but I just had to share. Turns out the pulley might be usable after all. It is a little bent on the rim in two spots, which I thought was affecting the belt -- when I started it to see how it looked, the belt was vibrating and making rattling sounds, so I figured the pulley was toast. Turns out four of the five allen bolts that hold the ring to the hub had come loose. Tightened them up, tried starting it again, and it looks almost perfect. Can definitely tell that it's not perfect, the back rim is definitely bent a little, but it might still be usable for now.

If it doesn't work for ya there is a couple pulley rings at the shop. You can call Paul there Saturday if you need one.
