anybody ever used a megasquirt system???

I came across this system and was wondering if anyone had ever used it??? If so how tough is it to get hooked up far as wiring and such???

im looking for some sort of tuning device that i dont really have to do alot with.... even keeping my stock computer would be cool with me but i need somthing to tune it on!! any suggestions??
