i happen to know someone at MM&FF and he has tested numerous turbo's and supercharders on the 05 making over 625 hp and all tests were done on the same motor on an engine dyno and the motor is fine. I see no problem with going up to 500 hp on the stock internals. The number one killer of an engine by a blower is the tunner, period end of story. A very well tuned blower on a 05 3v car is not going to do damage at low pressure <9psi, only if it is tuned like crap it will detenate and blow
