Anyone do a 96-98 head swap?

I bought a 2005 taurus (13k) and need to fix the stang and sell it . I have one too many car payments and the stang was just getting too much with the upgrades i wanted and the insurance. So i'm going to have to part with it and get one when insurance drops, then i'll go all out. The heli coil is not working and i'll feel better about selling it if the head is redone. Thanks.
