anyone ever reupholster their cloth sunvisors?

I was giving the inside of my car a cleaning today and noticed that the fabric that covers the flap that covers the mirrors are starting to rot. what happened was when I opened the flap to clean the mirrors the fabric with the velcro stuck and peeled right off the flap. is it possible to get that or the whole visor reupholstered? I bought a set on ebay that were supposed to be in good shape with no rips/tears but weren't exactly as described. I know I could buy a new set without the mirrors but I kinda like having the lighted mirrors.

It would probably cost you more to get them redone than to just go to a wrecking yard and find some good ones.
