Ok, well I thought I got my car straightened out, which I did in a way. I think I may have messed up my PJ comp. so I put my LA3 in. Fixed some of the problems. Now, I scanned the comp and it threw out the PIP code. I asked the guy at ford and he told me where it was. I changed distributors and it helped a little at idle. Also, it said O2 sensor was low and running lean and not switching over. I found out what that meant. Then it said the TPS was to high as if wide open throttle was ocurring. So we think that the TPS could be off, making it run rich at some point and then the car tries to lean itself out??????? Any say so's on that one? My idle will be fine then it will run like crap for a second, then idle fine. We checked fuel pressure and when it ran fine, it was around 35, when it ran crappy, it went up to about 38. I dont know what to do. Also, when I drive down the road and shift, it kind of sputters once or twice when I let the clutch back down.

Check your TPS setting. The how-to should be found in a chiltons or on Stinger's site. Should be (aprox) .92 with the t/b closed and something above 4.xx with the t/b wide open.

ok, TPS is set at .90 closed and like 4.8 open. The cars still runs without the VAM hooked up and the TPS unplugged. It wont even hold a steady RPM with my foot on the gas. Ill rev it to 2000 and try to hold it and the RPM's jump around from 2200 to about 1800 and back and forth. Then it will even out for a sec. and then do it again. I dont know if I have a short in the wiring but my Temp gauge goes up and down, it goes the highest when I am driving the car. The oil press. gauge is pegged also. I went out to start my var and it made the dead battery noise and went quiet, then started right up.
