we started getting sleet and freezing rain yesterday, was calm today and its supposed to hit again worse tonight.

i hate these deals. hard to drive and better to just stay in but it gets boring.

Yeah...it's been sucking here pretty bad. Friday we had the ice storm, which ended up knocking our power off from around 9:20 until around 10:10pm. Then, I went to bed and woke up around 4:30am and the power had apparently been out since around 2:00am. The power was out ALL day - luckily we have a gas stove so we could cook some stuff. The power ended up coming back on around 2am sunday morning, so we were out of power for around 24 hours. They said 60-70,000 people were without power here. It sucked. Another round today may knock it back out again. I think the high is like 25* tomorrow, with a low around 9* either tomorrow or the next day.

The only time I see ice is when I open the freezer.

Its high 70s and a little cloudy here today.

nah its was just -22F when i woke up never checked the windchill but it was probably around -31F judging by my "running outside in my tshirtometer"

didnt get much here but the highways and streets are just a sheet of ice. temp. is only 20 but feels in the negative mark with the winds.
