anyone got any intel on the Flaming River Rack kit?

i've seen it on there web site, but who is a distributor for them?? how much is the kit? anyone know what the bump is, turning radius etc???

I don't know where you are located but, There is a Camaro parts place here in Cleveland that is a stocking distributor for flaming river. The last few swap meets I have been to they had a demo crossmember and rack on display. Looks pretty nice. The guys didn't know much about it though. For example I asked if it INCREASED the turning radius. He replied " Yeah BIG TIME this thing is killer...you probably want to wait until Bill gets back from lunch he knows more about these than I do."

I know they sell it at www.mustangdepot.com i think they want 1300 for the kit. The kit includes tilt coulumn, rack, mounting bracket. There are a lot of posts about it in the www.vintage-mustang.com forums. There was a group buy going on there about a month ago for 1000 you could get the whole kit. But you need to know specifics about your suspension beciase i heard there are some differences in the kit. Post some questions there, they will have your answers.
