I really, really like that car, but the hood doesnt really go with the overall scheme of the car, stock hood cut with the black urithane intake (like on the mach1), "shaker" style would make that car perfect. not hating at all, just throwing my 2 cents out there.

Yea, put a tunnel ram intake on it. Or a Blue Thunder 2x4 intake. And let em stick out of the hood.

I'd have to agree with the guys...The idea of a "sleeper" kinda goes out the window when you bolt on a 6" cowl hood The car is just amazing, great work!!! Love the front suspension, the painted firewall and natural fabbed inner fender combo. That thing is going to be a BEAST!!!

Got the front rug in but haven't glued it down yet, still cutting it to fit my center console and then once i got that done its just wiring.

with an engine sticking 6" out the top of the hood what else can you do?
+ most ppl get cowl hoods to 'add style' so for all they know he's just a showboater ( get ready to prove them wrong )

i love the look of your fastback man the 6" cowl albeit F***Ing huge it's needed, right? looks good to me .
