Just curious what ended up happening with my 2000 mustang that got stolen in December. Insurance company had no clue what would happen to it, if anyone has the ability I would greatly appreciate it!

Took 'em a month and a half to find it. Turns out the guy had been driving it around the whole time with my plate still on it! They never found the guy, just the car ditched in a parking lot somewhere

Here are some pictures. The car looked WAY worse in person. I got home and looked at the pictures and was shocked at how tame the look. It was really dirty on the inside, and the car had obviously been off-roaded a couple times.

Im sure they thought something was seriously wrong with the car. I never got the car to run right with the cams- it would die at every stop and surge everytime you change gears. Like I said, the pictures dont do it justice, the inside was DIRTY. Im sure the exhaust got pretty torn up too because he off-roaded it- Im positive the LTs are in bad shape.

Who knows- totally depressing though.

Well here is what I have figured out.. Jefferz was able to send me the carfax report.. by the way it looks the insurance company didnt even try to do anything with the car. The odometer reading when the insurance title it read the same as when I originally purchased it, which means they never tried to get another key made for it. Im sure they look at its condition, saw there was no key and said "scrap it". I wish I knew where it was sitting... I still have the viper alarm fob; I would love to pop the hood and get my VT cams out of it...

along with my new head lights, grill delete, shifter and catback exhaust that flowmaster doesn't make anymore!
