I have several cans of Duplicolor Vinyl/Fabric Paint that I was planning on using to paint my interior panels and dash but I never really considered using it on my fabric seats. I came across a thread on this site, as well as some on other sites and have noticed that some people have used it on fabric. I'm now considering trying it out but I was wondering if anyone else had any experience with it or suggestions.
My seats are a sandy beige or something like that and I want them black or black and gray (IF I could properly mask sections, I'd like to make the seats two tone).
Here is the thread that I saw in the first place http://forums.stangnet.com/771195-dupli-color-fabric-dye-product-review-pics.html. I'd post on it and ask my questions on there but I don't know if there are any big differences in the fabric of a 95 Mustang and my 05.
I'm looking for pointers or advice... Pros and Cons... Answers to common questions like: Does it rub off on your clothes? How long does it take to dry? Does it have any problems when used on the fabric of an 05 V6? What is the best way to prep the fabric? Is Tupac still alive somewhere?
