I have it and love it. It IS an interesting idea, that's why UPR copied MGW's design. It will move your shift knob back towards you, and is adjustable up, down, and side to side. HIGHLY recommended if you find your current placement is not that comfortable. Should be the 2nd thing you buy after you buy a shifter. Next to one of his shift knobs of course.
