FYI in California the stage 1 cam is NOT legal... It is something like 48 state legal and you can totally tell by the sound. I basically had the kit setup but bought it separately so everything is black in my 5.0. My problem was that the smog guy wouldn't even put me on the dyno and spent like 10 minutes looking at the stickers. He said that it passed the visual but didnt know what was done to the inside of the engine and wouldn't let me smog it. I was pissed at first but realized that it is his smog license if he got caught and I wouldn't put it past this state to try. I just switched out for a e303 and we will see what CA has to say about that. As for sound the cam is really wicked... at least in a non classic car with emissions. It is kind of tricky to tune with the stock computer but it is capable. Good luck.

I havn't had a chance to take a day off to tune the car and get the permit and smog the car but from the sounds... the stage one is a lot lumpier than the e303... Supposidly there should be a 10-15 hp difference but im already missing the sound from the stage 1 already. It was wicked and you and everybody else knew it.

I got lucky, I had a 10% off coupon with summit racing. And I think they were cheaper when I bought them there, but I'll have to check reciept for exact price.
