Anyone have trouble with a squeaky Throttle Cable on their 5.0?

I did the conversion and bought a used cable but every time I hit the gas...sqqqquuueeeak.

could be your gas peddal...I have a little cable lube tool I bought for my dirt bikes that I have used more on my cars than my bikes lol. it clamps over the cable and you insert the straw part of the nozle from your can of lube and it forces it all the way through out the cable.
