Dang it, Guero beat me, lol. Yeah, I forgot to say to disconnect the SPOUT before setting timing. And of coarse, tighten the bolt once you get the desired timing.

Dan, now that you say that ..... I recall not even using white out. I just took a piece of sandpaper and sanded the whole surface of the balancer. I could see everything just fine. Don't use my method of sanding it, though! As a matter of fact ..... I'm too ashamed to post what I did, lol.
