hey guys, just curious. does anyone live up in the Northen Cal area?

if so do we have any events coming up for us mustang guys? and do you know of any other good performance shops besides Force Fed Performance? i'm looking for some one that would be able to put my gears. If they have a dyno even better. I only know of two shops with dynos in Sac.

thanks

Whats up. I live in the land park area. It's about time some Nor-Cal/Sacramento people showed up in here. Anyways, JT's (Sac Mustang) has been pretty good to me. They are a bit pricey, but they have done good work for me in the past. As far as getting your gears installed, I had a real good experience with a tranny/drivetrain shop on Power Inn rd. I think it was called "All Transmission," but I can't remember for sure. The owner is very knowledgeable, and they did a perfect job on my shift kit for a reasonable price.

I don't really have experince with very many shops. I usually order from summit or get it off of e-bay if it's a part. I would like to find a cheap dyno place in Sac, and give my car a run after I install my Cobra intake.

Yeah that would be cool to meet up with some other stangs and go for a ride. What part of Sac do you live in?

ok cool. yeah same here i do ebay and summit for ALL of my parts. do it myself if possible, i guess i just can't do the dyno for sum reason, o well off to the shop she goes.

yeah that would be cool, i'm actually out in Elk Grove, but i just put sac, since everyone knows where that is. i put elk grove and all of a sudden everyone is confused unless they are local.

i only know of 2 places that have dyno's. Force fed performance and some other shop, uhhhh crap what is the name..... hang on...... ohhh midnight performance and Motorsport Dynamic, motorsport is in the arden area behind the dimple records across the street from pep boys i think?

so i guess there is 3 now that i think about it

Thanks for the heads up on the dyno shops. I might check a couple if any are open on sat. Anyways, I'm otta here (work that is). PM me.

Also, I briefly saw your post on gears. Check out motive 3:90's. It's a good compromise between the usual 3:73's and 4:10's. Gives you a bit more pull than the 3:73's, but won't be quite as harsh on the highway. I'm looking into them also.

Later.

here is the address: 1200 Plumber Way, Suite #120, Roseville, CA 95678 Phone: (916)780-4646

if you are familiar with roseville, plumber way is off of taylor to the right between cattlemans and pick & pull. marco muffler is right on the corner of plumber and taylor, that's where i had my exhaust done.

i looked for your car at the show and didn't see it. i was there from @ 10 -11:30. when did you make it out.

there is also a shop called HCI, if you want someone to do it for pretty cheap, John B on californiafords.com can do it.
