anyone know if the 94/95 dipstick is the same as the 96+ 4r70w

I need to buy a new dipstick (**dipstick for the transmission) - didnt put mine back in the tube all the way and it rested on the egr tube and burnt up.

I was looking for one on 50resto.com, but they only list ones for the fox, or for the 96+ cars. anyone know if those will work, or where i can buy a new dipstick. (other than ford)

Lokar makes a flexible dipstick for our cars look at summit they sell them. I would think the fox is the same as ours same motor different intake.

I think a fox aod dipstick will work

The plastic end broke off my 94 dipstick, I had one lying around from an older aod, the only diff was the metal instead of plastic end, it was the same length. Not sure if it came from a Fox or Crown Vic though.
