I know where there is one sitting and it's been there for like 8 years the body looks good and it's black But I think it needed motor work. The garage it is sitting at is where I did a co-op program when I was in gr10 and that is when the car came in to get fixed. If I remember right it was the head gasket or the head itself maby I can't really remember for sure.

Are these things worth anything fixed up. Do they have a turbo. The car almost looks like a Mustang SVO I don't know what year but if I had to guess it would be around 85-87. I know nothing about these cars so if anyone does let me know what you think I should do. The shop owner wanted $750 CDN for it like 3 years ago si I think I could get it for next to nothing heck I did free labour for him for half the year.

It is a SVO of sorts. They had wiring problems and it used a crazy driveshaft system but everything on the car can be converted, heck I put a 5.0 powertrain in one and a street rod wiring harness to replace everything it looked stock when done.

1.) Not to anyone who doesnt know what it is...
2.) Yes, the same turbo engine as the SVOs and TurboCoupes, minus an intercooler. I think they have funky transmissions, though.
3.) If you saw them side-by-side, you probably wouldn't think so.

I went today to talk to Mike (the shop owner) and as I was pulling in the car was leaving on a wrecker. That figures sat there for 8 years and the day I go to look at it they scrap it. thet were sweeping where the car was and I said where did the car go. They said it's gone. I said I was just gonna ask you about that and they kinda laughed and said it was pulling out as you were pulling in. AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE GAVE IT TO ME FOR REMOVING IT. oh well maby I didn't need the headache. I told them how rere the car was and what it would have been worth all fixed and painted up and they were like oh really.
