Was wondering how much effort would be involved in polishing my upper intake plenum and if anyone has done it. Also what process would be involved?

I've done a little polishing and personally I've never once though of it as a PITA; simply because I knew going into the process of polishing any aluminum parts that it will take a little time to do it right.

When I say I've done a little polishing this is just some of what I've done so that there is no misunderstanding .

If it helps I do have a writeup on my site on how I did my parts.

Unreal, I just noticed you polished the smog tube on the back of the heads.

As many times as I've looked at those pics I had never noticed that before. Paul for President.

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW

That's beautiful work! I've never seen a nicer factory intake! But yeah, that's basically what I'd like to do to my upper intake, and anderson power pipe. I'm definitely going to check out your write up. Thanks
