Anyone Remove there Black Canister under passenger side fender?

Talked to Oink about this Black canister he said he removed it also. And since i dont have any emission equipment or EGR, i figured i should remove the Vacuum lines and that black Canister.

just wondering if anyone has done tis and what did u do with the Gas Tank Vent??

That is the canister purge. It catches raw fuel vapors. The canister purge solenoid is the vacuum line hooked up to it.

i know but i want to remove it and just wondering if anyone else has done it beside oink and have they had any problems

Anyone ? How did you vent the line from the Tank?
