want to let me borrow them? I have serious valvetrain noise and i would like to take the RR's out of the equation..if anyone would be willing to let me pull their RR's, put them on my car(at your location) for a few minutes while i listen for noise, then put them back on your car i would really really appreciate it! i'll even throw in some new rubber valve cover gaskets and say 10 bucks?

What type of cam are you running? solid? hydraulic? hyd roller?

Have you checked the contact point at the top of the valve stem? The contact point needs to be centered.

Are you getting proper oiling -coming out of the pushrod and over the rocker?

i get plenty of oil, but on startup if i watch the rockers they randomly fill up with oil, not front to back like you would think...the contact point is spot-on(8.350" trickflow pushrods) and it's a hydraulic flat tappet setup..today i'm going to adjust to zero lash + 1 turn instead of 1/2 turn like i always do, because i never adjust them when the engine is hot, always cold..from what i read it should be dont with the engine fully warmed up

nevermind, mods can delete this thread. I'm 99% sure it's the lifters. most of the noise went away and the noise only happens at 1,800RPM now instead of 1,300-1,500 and is quieter..i need to recheck the drivers side later
