if so, what offset, backspace for the wheels, i don't want em to stick out too far from the fenders, its gonna be a 255/60/15 Et Street, on a 8 inch rim, but the backspacing etc. always confuses me
I had to roll the fender lips to fit the 295's. I had 265/50's (these are an odd-ball size with only a single manufacturer I found) on it previously with the same wheels and there was plenty of room for more. I could have easily fit 275/50's but only found this size in a drag radial, hence the reason to step up to the 295's in a street radial. You should be able to fit 275's by by picking the backspace correctly, but you may have to compromise on wheel choice to do it. Those Wheel Vintiques 15 x 10's are actually 68-72 Chevy truck wheels with a dual bolt pattern (Ford and Chevy) They're dead ringer matches to a pair of Mopar 15 x 8's Cop car wheels I have, which will replace the front 14 x 6's in due time.
