anyone run an FMS gt40 crate engine?

advertised at 345 hp with aluminum heads...just need intake, carb, and accessories....anyone have one of these or seen one of these? I can get one for about 2800 shipped from FMS.

I have the 351 360hp FMS engine. I'd say $2800 is a good deal, considering thats $400 off retail. I've had mine for 3 years and haven't had any problems with it.
