Just as the title says, my car is a daily driver but I"m young and I don't care so down to the point. Does anyone have any problems with longtubes bottoming out with a 2" drop? I live in South Jersey and the roads quite frankly suck. I just don't want to be draggin them everywhere especially when i opted for the ceramic coating. Right now I have roughly 5" between the longtubes and the ground. I will be running poly isolators all around so it won't be the most drop possible but I love the look especially when I upgrade to 18's if I ever get around to it so anyway thanks

About a year ago, several members took measurements from common reference
points to check how far the exhaust was hanging from those reference points.

Of course ... all Stangs don't sit at the same ride height
so
That was the reason for that method of measurement

Believe it or not

It was found Mac and BBK LT's hung no lower than the typical shorty header exhaust system.

Both of these choices are quite popular and hug the floor pan fairly tightly :nice:

Kooks on the other hand hang very low :(

Its been so long ago ... I can't remember if any other brands were included
in that thread

You most likely could search that old thread out if you wish :D
