Anyone running 8 rib pullies and a black magic fan?

I need to replace my 6 rib pullies with 8 rib pullies but my fan is really close to the crank pully. My fan is adjusted all the way towards the radiator, so I dont know what to do anyone got any ideas?

I made the mistake of running a Black Magic with my supercharged setup and yes it cleared with my 8 rib pullies, but do as you want but there are better options out there. I couldnt get my car to run any cooler than 200 in hot weather with the Black Tragic, I now run a RamCharger fan and my car sits at no warmer than 184 in traffic, for the last 4yrs Ive been running a Mk8 fan and now a RamCharger fan since I couldnt locate a replacement Mk8 fan, IMHO you cant go wrong with either of those fan.

Did you have a stock radiator? Mine is the ford racing one so its thicker than the stock one. I dont have a problem with it staying cool. Thanks for the info

nope, the problems I had with the BM was with my 3" thick Ron Davis radiator so I dont think that was the problem Good luck
