Anyone Running...

Konig wheels on their Mustang? they have some nice style wheels out now from what i have seen, and i am actually thinking of picking up a set myself. however, i am sure they are considered "tuner" wheels, so i am wondering if you have to run the hub centric rings in them on our cars or not. the wheel i am looking at is the new Sideways wheels, but they only come in 18x7.5 and 18x8, i was wanting them to be more staggered than that though, but for the price, they are still a nice wheel, and after pricing a Foose wheel that is kind of similar, they are a great alternative for me.

Konig wheels are very high quality wheels. I've had a few friends that have owned them. As long as they flow with the car, who cares if they are labeled 'tuner' wheels.

If you buy those wheels, i'd say you made a good choice. :nice:

here is another Konig i am considering, but they are 2-3 weeks away from production...

i don't care they are labeled as tuner wheels, i just want to make sure they don't have the vibration associated with other tuner wheels...i ran some on a FWD car, not Konigs but another mfg, and they had a serious vibration, even after i put in hub rings...

Can you post a picture of the car they would be going on?

Personally I like the Sideways better so far, but it would help to see what they're going on.

PM me if you ever want to sell them.[/QUOTE]

yes they will be for sale if i order new ones, but i hope to sell them complete with tires. asking price will be $950, plus any shipping. we have over $1200 in them now, and they don't even have 5000 miles on them...

thank you very much for the photshop job! i hadn't forgotten about you. i was showing my wife the pic and she likes them, now all i have to do is decide between 18's or 19's. what size tires everyone running with 19's? i want the widest i can get in the rear, i will use a normal size for the front, maybe a 245/40/19, i want the rear to look wide as hell...thanks again!!!!!!

$950 too steep? they are less than 6 months old, absolutely nothing wrong with them, under 5000 miles on them and 950 sounds steep? sounds like a hell of a deal for someone wanting to bolt them on and drive. by the way, they are 18x9 deep dish wheels with 275/40/18 rear and 255/45/18 front, Kumho ASX's...
