Anyone seen this before??

Stang started missing, changed plugs and checked a lot of things then my son found a broken valve spring. After replacing that Jay did a leakdown test and found a low cylinder. The heads came off and were taken to Pauls Automotive Engineering and they found a bad valve seat on my trickflows... Anyone else have this problem??

Its not that uncommon with aluminum heads. Supposedly its caused by excessive heat.

Thanks for the info... They are at Trickflow having interlocking seats put in and new guides. I don't remember seeing anything on this here??

I can tell you that when I pulled my TF heads out of the box one of the valve keepers wan't flush and we had to "knock" it down in place.....that was not what I wanted to see right out the box...but no problems since.....lol
