Anyone tried p0r-20 or jet hot yet?????

From their page, It looks like it works best on cast.
I have used High Temp paint on stock cast manifolds and it has
held up well.

The paint on tubes would have to be heavy to last.
Coating is harder and thicker but more $.

I am going to try a Thick coat of High temp paint applied
over a 30 day time with multiple thin coats.
Sort of a Poor Man's Coating.
But will see how well it holds up to use.

My dad used to sell this stuff when we had our mustang business. I used the Manifold grey on many of the customers cars with much success. I do know that you have to clean them good, like bead blasting. Paint them and let them dry. install them, run the car a while, disassemble and recoated. The problem is that it doesn't fully cure until it reaches at last 300 degrees. This would be solved if we had an oven in the garage. It is kinda like powder coat in liquid form...300 degrees for like a 1/2 and hour then recoat. I will be using the POR-20 this winter and using the oven method instead of the install, run and disassemble method.

Yeah, i just got done coating a set of flowtech headers with this stuff. Ill let ya guys know how well it does after they have been on the car for a while
