I was wondering if this will work? I have a custom chip that mover my a/f to around 13.2 (too lean for n20). Can I just make my tune richer by just turning a few dials on the optimizer?
I like the zex kit. Looks like I will get the wet kit. nothing for sure yet.
So you think I can add the kit, retard the timing by the dis and add some cooler plugs and be ok?
I prefer dry kits. You *should* be able to throw the kit on, retard the timing to 8-10*, run 1 step colderp lugs gapped around .035" and be ok provided you have a good fuel pump. I like 255 high pressure pumps with dry kits. Its always good to be sure the a/f is safe with a wideband. They're expensive but very good tools.
I used to have one, but just used it to conert my 19# meter to work with my 24# injectors, this was before i had my tweecer. It worked good, and it has a low and high voltage dial so you can adjust the air fuel with i never really needed too.
