I know a lot of people have used SEMs vinyl dye here and a lot of people swear by it but i was wondering if anyone has used VHT stuff. Ive been told you can use it for everything but i dont plan on it. just the dash and door panels etc. im gonna buy new upholstery and carpet. But as far as the dash and other hard interior pieces does anyone have any experience? this is the stuff im referring to:

yes I have,

I converted an Entire gray interior to Black with this stuff, Prep is everything you need to make sure everything is clean and dry before you apply it, it held up really well. I did the Arm rest on my current car and it's been 3 years still holding up well

Once my car is back on the road it's going back into the garage and the whole interior is getting gutted and dyed, except for the seats. Anything i can find in factory black is getting dyed black again so i'll be using the hell out of this stuff so expect some threads on it in the near future.
