I'm looking to sell the t-5 stuff I already have bought and get a tremec, I'm looking into the v-1 tremec here... http://www.x2cmotorsports.com/cart/shopper.cgi?preadd=true&key=130


I know I will need a new shifter, bellhousing, and a clutch, Anthing else different? crossmember?

After ordering my engine , I wasn't aware I'm exceeding my t-5 by over 300+hp.. I was told i will blow the tranny into pieces when my boost kicks in, anyways.. I bought all this trans stuff last year, and wasn't expecting to do all of these mods this year..

here we go again,,,,,more money

One of my friends has one and loves it. He is making 561rwhp. I am considering getting one also.

I've heard it's a very good tranny. But some things I consider are, what if (Big if) it were to break? They are located in Cali. You would have to ship it back and wait for it. But most places you'd have to wait anyways.
Now before they came out, Bob Hanlon had the fastest T-5 times. He's located a little closer to you in case you ran into a problem. And he can also use the new G-Force internals. Just something to think about.
