Anyone using Drive Shaft Loop from UPR Products

I was wandering who using Drive Shaft Loop from UPR Products http://www.uprproducts.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=262

How fittment , and does it fit with LTs and O/R H-pipe
Have any pics after installation

My UPR loop fits fine. You have to pull your front and rear seats out and pull the carpet up so you can drill.

Mystery, its a safety item. Incase the driveshaft breaks you dont want it rotating around banging around your floorpan and exhaust ect. Well worth it IMO.

Yep, it won't fall, it'll just stay in the loop so it can't do any damage.

Nice...

Although I already had an idea of what this peice did....would you guys suggest this peice on a lightly modified car, or should I save up for once I'm cutting into 12's?

So holes have tobe drilled , i thought i have to use rear bolts from seats (mine are already used for subframes)

BTW where it mounts before or after those rear seat bolts

Ernie, to be track legal I beleive its no more than 6" away from the front yoke where it attaches to the transmission.

I would, its only like $40 and will save your ass if it needs to. NHRA requires them for cars going 13.9 and faster.

We didn't drill into the floorboard, we simply welded some extensions into the SFC's to bolt the D/S loop to...

BTW i just got UPR driveshaft loop , looks good, but won't be installed untill el-glow gauges are done
