I installed my lower intake manifold. But I have some quesiton's.

1)
The distributor rotor. When I removed it; I might of turn that rotor at the bottom, will everything be alright, as long as the #1 on top? let's say, would I have to remove and rotate it, until I get it right?

2)
Fuel injectors. When I put them back on, I noticed some of the yellow tip broke off, will they still work?
3) Again fuel injectors. If I did not push, let's say one of them all the way in, will it leak fuel?

im going to install the upper plenum tomorrow, and fire her up, but I would sure appreciate any help.

1.) Did you mark on your dist. where the rotor was pointing? If you did just slide it back in with the rotor facing the same way... If not you need to find TDC on the compression stroke on the #1 cylinter and have the rotor facing the #1 plug wire.

2.) Yes your injectors will still work. Only a few of mine have all the tips left on them.

3.) You might want to try and get the injectors all the way down, it'll keep dumping fuel if you dont. If your having problems, use a little bit of lube around the black o-rings and they'll slide right in.

will anything BAD happen to my car if I don't have the rotor where it has to be?

Also, I still have to put the spark plug wires, according to that number 1, on top of the distributor cap right? and that number 1, still has to be pointing the rear end of the car.
