Anyone with stage1 cams and automatic?

I am just kinda wanting to know if any of us auto guys have cams are thought about it..I want to know if what stall would be best and i want to know if its really need. Some 1/4 times would be cool to know as well..I did a serch really didnt find anything so..

im pretty sure most suggest a 2800+ stall speed and at least 3.55 gears to utlilize the cams fully on an auto.

Yeah i was thinking 2800 stall and maybe 3.73 gear or maybe 4.10..I plan on doing the gears and cam prob at the same time but the stall isnt cheap..

3000 stall is good and 4.30Gears and you will be running
