I'm getting new wheels in the spring and I'm just trying to find something unique. Seems like its pretty tough to find. I've got a backup wheel I know I want, but I was looking around on the TSW website and they make some decent 5 spoke wheels. They (as well as Discount Tire) say that you can put a 275 tire on their 17X8's. Not sure how that works, but I wanted to know if anyone has any TSW wheel pics on a Stang? Thanks!

These are the ones I was looking at:

They are supposed to be out this month

Even if you can mount a 275 on it, it will be sketchy and you will feel the roll in the twisties. But the wheel looks nice, reminds me of a CCW.

Yeah...I figured that may be the case. If I decide to go with these, I guess I could use a 275 that runs narrow. Or I could just go with a narrower size. I think they are unique and look pretty good with the silver finish on the inside and the polished lip. Anyone else?

Supposedly, Nitto tires run a little narrow. I have 275/40/17 DR's and they don't look as wide as my friends BFG DR's that are rated as the same size.

Good to know. I have also found that 255's would probably fit as well. I guess Discount Tire won't have the rims in stock till January so I have more time to think about it. They do look good though, just not sure if I want to give up the 9" width on the '03 Cobra's (Ones I will go with if I don't buy these) to stick with the same 8" wide that my stockers are now.
