There is a screw for your throttle that you can adjust, but to be honest, i'm not sure that is what it is for. To me, that would seem that it just opens your throttle a bit. Whether or not you can do that just a little bit and get away with it only upping or lowering the idle a little, I am not sure.

I use a diablosport programmer to adjust mine.
