aod-T5 electrical help (won't start)

Hey guys,

The mechanical part of the swap is done and now it won't start. I've read enough to expect this but not sure how to solve it. I have the t5 harness that mates to the two terminals on the case on order but not here yet. When I did the pedal swap I didn't remove any of the jumpers, still in the aod set-up (all three connectors). Obviously the harness at the transmission end isn't connected yet. Is there a way to jumper it to get it to start until the t5 harness arrives? Or is there something else that I'm not getting? Please help if you can. I'm reading all the search results but hope for a quick reply.

If it doesn't even crank, (almost like a disconnected battery) I'd say that the neutral safety switch, (now the clutch safety switch) needs to be jumped. The car thinks that it is in gear so it won't allow it to start. You can use a paper clip or even better would be two male butt connectors on a jumper wire to complete the circuit.

Thanks Nick,

I'll try jumping it tomorrow. The chilton shows the t5 harness, I should be able to loop vack tow wires and put lugs on the two that hook to the terminals that are on the case.
