my mom is deaf as well, completely in one ear and half in the other, she was born deaf, I am going slowly deaf from all the shooting w/o ear protection.

I cannot stand driving auto unless it has electronic manual like my dads lincoln, its still fun, not as but it'll do, never miss a gear and one tap sends it to next gear. My favorite othher than stick is paddle shifted, like my friends dad's e63

Auto, i have dosed off while driving, I woke up immediatley after hitting the rumblers, but if i had been in my stang, the drone would keep me up!

I daily split between a 3 speed jeep and the 5 speed mustang. If I had a street/strip car as a third vehicle though, built AOD ftw.

i had an auto in my first stang and 5 speeds in my last three! so i'm leaning on 5 speed. if i were a dedicated racer, probably an auto but def a 5 speed on the street. ON THE OTHER HAND, when i evacuated from new orleans to pensacola for katrina which is a 3ish hour drive turned into 12 HOURS, i had a breif change of opinion! but i love to shift.

Real transmissions dont have overdrive

Auto with brake for racing, manual for the street, unless itw a car you would drive alot, then I would have a auto/manual valve body.

AOD in my 84 which is all for the track and my 86 which I drive daily is a 5 speed. Gonna need to buy a new 5 speed soon its going out on me quick. Im nervous at the track so its better for me to have a auto on the 1/4 mile track. 5 speed on the roads

Bought my 90gt as my first car and was AOD so I have just been modding it since. Never felt like selling it and getting a 5 speed. If I wanted a 5 speed I would convert to it but I want to see what my aod can do. 4.10s and a shiftkit really livened it up probably a stall converter around christmas.

Built AOD here, also driven 5 speed 5.0s. I like the AOD way more, but I'd still like to drive a 5 speed every once in awhile.
